Buffs and Negative Status Effects

Some items and skills may grant you the following special buffs that help you in battle:

• Hover lets you hover by holding down the left mouse button or your finger during the falling part of the dodge jump. This allows you to avoid enemy attacks easier.

• Pet power boost raises the attributes of all your pets: After the boost, their natural behavior will be enhanced, whether it’s dealing damage, healing your hero, or something else.

• Barrier reduces any damage dealt to you by a fixed percentage, which depends on the strength of the barrier.

• Spread will make your next single-target attack hit all enemies. The effect will last for as long as you use a single-target skill. Sometimes it might be a good idea to apply this buff in advance!

• Power up raises your ATK sharply.

Some skills can be used to deal the following negative effects on the enemy:

• Poisoning an enemy will have its HP reduced by a certain percentage each turn. The reduction depends on the strength of the poison in the skill/item that you inflicted poison with.

• Freezing an enemy will prevent the enemy from attacking during the following turn.
